We are representing a small and highly successful independent IFA in Central London that is growing and due to their growth, require a stronger and robust back office team. They are looking for a practice manager who is highly experienced at knitting teams together, overseeing general operations as well as training and developing, hiring and reporting.
The role is incredibly varied and demanding and requires someone with a high level of organisation and strong management and communication skills. Managing a team of 10, assisting with pay role and organising operational team meetings and investment committee meetings The main duties include:
- Recruitment – monitoring Interns and Training and Development
- Assisting with pay role
- Compiling MI for management meetings
- Keep up to date regulatory changes
- Update of client agreements and suitability reports
- Awareness of Compliance duties – Gabriel Reporting etcâ¦
- Submittal of client files for quarterly external file checks
- Complete AML checks
- Reconciliations of monies into the business
