Junior IFA Administrator – City Of London

Our client is a chartered financial planning firm in the City of London that have been operating for 15 successful years.   They provide financial planning and investment advice to Individuals, Charities, Trusts and Companies and due to the number of their advisors who are affiliates of the Society of Tax and Estate Practitioners are able to represent both individuals and professionals on the most complex and challenging areas of advice.
The majority of their clients are HNW and UHNW and have either inherited their wealth or have accumulated from earning high salaries.  They have been voted as one of the top 25 IFA’s in the UK and they offer a highly personable and attentive service to their clients.
They seek a junior administrator to join their existing Advisor Support team.  The ideal candidate will be a University Graduate, though this isn’t essential, with a general desire to progress their career in the financial services industry.   You must be presentable, Confident and a team player with an ability to deal with lots of different tasks throughout your day.  General duties involve meeting and greeting clients, dealing with inbound and outbound post, answering the telephone and dealing with email enquiries, ordering office supplies, maintaining client files and preparing paperwork prior to client meetings.
