Our client is a boutique financial management company that offers a unique blend of financial planning and portfolio management to their clients, in order to ensure that their advice is truly holistic. They individually tailor their service providing advice on investments and pensions, tax and estate planning and more.
Their office in North London in seeking a new business administrator to support their financial planning team and their clients. Their ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and administration skills, experienced at handling confidential and personal financial information and will have excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport.
Primary responsibilities will include: Obtaining investment and insurance quotations, acquiring portfolio valuations, creating client packs and maintaining client files, completion of application forms and online submissions, sending letters of authority, dealing with enquiries, handling post and scanning documents, dealing with fund switches and sell downs.
Our client is looking for someone who has held a similar role with an IFA practice previously, who has a good understanding of the responsibilities and can work on their own autonomy.
In return our client is looking to pay a competitive salary of £25,000 – £30,000, additional benefits and opportunities for training and progression.
