Our client is a prestigious wealth management company based in Cardiff. They are going through a period of growth and need a Receptionist to work in their fast-paced corporate office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who ideally has a Financial Services background and possesses excellent communication skills.
This is a highly corporate environment and our client will need someone with a professional outlook and experience within the financial planning industry.
The key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Professionally and effectively manage the main Reception Desk
- Answering phone calls and transferring as necessary
- Meeting and greeting clients, offering and providing beverages
- Typing and general administration for the senior management team
- Day to day diary management
- Managing post in and post out
The successful candidate will be computer literate especially in Microsoft Office, will be organised, have excellent customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will need to be a clear communicator, have a flexible attitude, possess a high level of confidence, be driven and organised and efficient.
