Are you a strong financial administrator seeking a new opportunity? At Recruit UK we are currently supporting a highly regarded practice with their search for a paraplanning administrator.
As a Paraplanning Administrator, you’ll provide proactive and detail-oriented support to the firm’s Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Investment Managers. You’ll play a key part in delivering accurate and compliant documentation, supporting the implementation of financial plans, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Support the preparation and implementation of financial planning and investment recommendations
- Produce simple suitability letters and non-complex recommendation reports
- Assist in research gathering and documentation for financial planning reports
- Manage new business processes, including submissions, tracking, and client updates
- Handle investment management payments and transactions
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client files meet regulatory standards
- Coordinate with Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and third parties
- Support client meeting scheduling and documentation preparation
- Contribute to internal process improvements and team initiatives
- Peer check administrative work as required

Skills and experience required:
- Experience as a Senior Administrator in a financial planning or investment management firm
- Ideally holding CF1, R01, or equivalent qualifications
- A-level education or above as well as, strong numeracy and literacy – GCSE Maths and English (Grades A-C or 5-9)
- Sound understanding of regulated financial advice and investment services
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel) and client record systems
- A team player who can also work under their own initiative
