Recruit UK is working with a growing financial planning firm to find an organised and proactive Administrator to join their friendly team in Halifax.
Previous financial services experience isn’t necessary, although highly advantageous.
About the firm:
This is an established and steadily growing financial planning practice, currently supporting over 400 clients. They are committed to investing in their team, offering full training and ongoing support to help every staff member reach their potential.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Financial Services experience (Highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for organisation, processes, and efficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively
- A team player who thrives in a small, supportive environment
- Someone who enjoys the human side of the role — supporting real people, not just numbers
Key responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to Financial Advisers and their clients
- Managing new business processes and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients
- Handling administration tasks following client meetings
- Communicating with clients and product providers via telephone and email
- Managing post-meeting actions and review implementations
- Getting involved in all aspects of the business — as part of a small, collaborative team
