Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on an amazing opportunity for a Financial Planning administrator to join a Finance practice in Cardiff.

 

Our client is a chartered financial planning firm, who work with clients across South Wales, helping them achieve their financial goals. As they continue to grow, they are looking to expand their already experienced administration team!

 

Duties:

  • Onboarding new clients and support with servicing existing clients
  • Sending out letters of authority
  • Liaising with product providers
  • General administration duties including email management, answering the phones etc.

Skills and experience required:

Due to the nature of recruitment, a significant number of candidates reconnect with our organisation periodically. It is not uncommon for this to occur years after we have placed them in a role.
