Recruit UK is partnering with a highly regarded Chartered Financial Planning firm in Norwich to find an experienced Operations Manager. This is a key leadership role overseeing client support teams and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.
What the Role Involves:
- Leading and developing administration, paraplanning, and front-of-house teams
- Managing workflows and office systems (e.g., Intelligent Office)
- Ensuring timely delivery of client work
- Driving process improvements and fostering continuous improvement
- Working closely with senior stakeholders on firm-wide initiatives
