Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client servicing and administrative support to IFAs across pensions, investments, and protection
- Manage the new client process including onboarding paperwork, IO updates, LOAs, and TOAs
- Prepare and maintain annual review documentation, liaising with clients and ensuring compliance accuracy
- Support new business processing, from preparing illustrations to submitting and tracking applications
- Draft change-to-risk letters and process investment switches on platforms
- Handle ad-hoc client administration such as top-ups, withdrawals, and phasing across major platforms (Parmenion, Aviva, Elevate, Abrdn etc.)
- Progress towards writing simple financial planning reports
- Attend client meetings with advisers (annual reviews, implementation, and ad hoc)
About you:
- A minimum of 2 years within an IFA Administrator role involving client servicing
- Solid all-round knowledge of financial services
- Ambitious, with a desire to grow and develop within a growing company
- Professional, personable, and reliable
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of confidentiality
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Required)
- Experience with Prestwood and/or IntelligentOffice (Desirable)
- R01 or LP2 qualifications (Desirable)
