Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on a unique opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join a firm on a remote basis.
Our client offers a unique proposition, where they help their clients to complete their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, usually through the Chartered Insurance Institute. You will be presenting, creating and developing the training program. You’ll be helping learnings, building their confidence and enabling them to succeed.
This role would be perfect for someone already working in an L&D role, who thrives on helping others and is looking to specialise their niche into the Diploma.
Duties:
- Deliver live webinar events and technical training sessions
- Host interactive learning webinars
- Design, develop and refresh exam support content, Q&A’s and learning programmes
- Work with the marketing team to produce technical articles, insights and thoughtful content
- Embrace and leverage new technologies

Skills and experience required:
- Level 4 Diploma through the CII – essential
- Experience teaching/coaching others with their exams, either directly or indirectly
- Experience presenting to others, managing and building strong relationships
- Interest in leveraging and utilising technological advances
