Job Description:

Recruit UK are working on a unique opportunity for a Learning and Development Manager to join a firm on a remote basis.

 

Our client offers a unique proposition, where they help their clients to complete their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, usually through the Chartered Insurance Institute. You will be presenting, creating and developing the training program. You’ll be helping learnings, building their confidence and enabling them to succeed.

 

This role would be perfect for someone already working in an L&D role, who thrives on helping others and is looking to specialise their niche into the Diploma.

 

Duties:

  • Deliver live webinar events and technical training sessions
  • Host interactive learning webinars
  • Design, develop and refresh exam support content, Q&A’s and learning programmes
  • Work with the marketing team to produce technical articles, insights and thoughtful content
  • Embrace and leverage new technologies

Skills and experience required:

Due to the nature of recruitment, a significant number of candidates reconnect with our organisation periodically. It is not uncommon for this to occur years after we have placed them in a role. There is not normally any charge for a subject access request. If your request is ‘manifestly unfounded or excessive’ (for example, if you make repetitive requests) a fee may be charged to cover our administrative costs in responding.

We will respond to your subject access request within 14 days and, in any case, not more than one month of receiving it. Normally, we aim to provide a complete response, including a copy of your personal data within that time.
