Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on a brilliant opportunity for a Trainee Financial Adviser to join a national and successful Financial Planning firm, in Cambridge.
We’re seeking a motivated individual to support our Planning team in a role combining entry-level advice, paraplanning, and administration. Working closely with a Senior Planner, you’ll help deliver straightforward advice such as annual reviews, ISAs, and pension top-ups, once authorised and appropriately certified.
You’ll also provide paraplanning support across the team and undertake key administrative tasks including client onboarding, new business processing, valuations, CRM maintenance, and handling client queries.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop technical, client relationship, and commercial skills within a professional, ethical, and client-focused firm.

Skills and experience required:

Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma

3+ active years’ experience working in an IFA/Wealth Management company in a support function

Ability to build rapport
- Highly organised and capable of working independently and within a team
