Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for a Paraplanner to join a Financial Planning in Scotland.
Our client is an award winning Financial Planning firm who offer a personal approach to financial planning. They provide advice on a wide variety of advice from first time mortgages to retirement planning, and everything in between. As they continue to grow, supporting HNW clients across the UK, they are looking to grow their Paraplanning team.
You will work alongside other highly qualified and experience senior Paraplanners, working in a collaborative way to ensure the client is provided with the best service available.
Duties:
- Create and process suitability letters
- Understand the client circumstances, objectives, attitude to risk, capacity for loss
- Prepare analysis of clients existing portfolios
- Conduct research on products available
- Liaise with clients, colleagues and compliance
- Input client information into back office system and keep updated

Skills and experience required:
- Experienced working in a Paraplanning position
- Level 4 Diploma required, ideally working towards Chartered
- Ability to work remotely
- Strong UK product and FCA regulation knowledge
