The Role:
You’ll play a key role in supporting Financial Planners and ensuring a smooth client journey from initial enquiry through to implementation.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing documentation for client meetings (new and existing business)
• Managing and updating client records on Intelligent Office
• Issuing Letters of Authority (LOAs)
• Processing new business applications and submissions
• Liaising with providers, advisers, and clients to keep cases progressing

About You:
• Experience working as a Financial Planning Administrator is essential
• Comfortable using Intelligent Office
• Strong understanding of financial planning products and UK regulations
• Organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple cases
