Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an Investment Management Assistant to join a well-respected Wealth Management firm in their office in Dublin on a 12-month FTC.
As an Investment Management Assistant, you will support Investment Managers preparing and implementing new clients accounts, as well as supporting the ongoing maintenance of the accounts
Responsibilities:
- Support with new client onboarding, account maintenance, and preparation of client documentation.
- Handle client administration tasks, including responding to queries and providing tax-related information.
- Coordinate meetings and assist with presentations, pitches, and client review materials.
- Liaise with internal teams, accountants, and clients to ensure processes are followed accurately and efficiently.

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in administrative role within Financial Services
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
