Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Administrator to join a well-respected Wealth Management firm in their office in Dublin on a 12-month FTC.
As a Client Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the client onboarding process by reviewing and validating client information. You will work closely with Investment Managers and internal teams to ensure client data is processed accurately, efficiently, and with the highest level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Review and process new client onboarding packs, ensuring compliance with AML and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with Investment Managers, clients, and internal teams to obtain and validate client information.
- Update internal systems to support account setup and enable client trading activity.
- Support onboarding improvements, business initiatives, and day-to-day team operations while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Skills and experience required:
- Degree educated and QFA qualified (or equivalent qualification).
- Previous experience within Financial Services, Compliance, or AML-focused roles.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and numerical skills.
