We are seeking a highly organised and client-focused Client Operations Associate to join a growing investment management firm. Working closely with the Client Operations Manager, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional client experience, supporting advisers and investment professionals across client onboarding, account administration, transfers, and ongoing servicing. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing client onboarding and account opening processes
- Processing transfers, withdrawals, and account amendments
- Supporting ISA subscriptions and monitoring incoming funds
- Handling client servicing requests and platform administration
- Maintaining accurate client records and supporting annual reviews
- Liaising with advisers, clients, and third-party providers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in wealth management, investment operations, or financial services administration
- Understanding of investment products, tax wrappers, and client account types
- Strong organisational, communication and IT skills
- Experience with investment platforms and private client environments is advantageous
