Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an Employee Benefits Administrator to join a well-established Independent Financial Adviser firm.
Our client are looking to recruit an Employee Benefits Administrator to support their employee benefits, group risk, and group pension services. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a professional, client-focused environment and wishes to develop their career within financial services.
As an Employee Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and ongoing servicing of employee benefits, group risk, and group pension arrangements, acting as a key point of contact for clients, providers, and advisers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration of Group Personal Pensions (GPPs), including new schemes, ongoing servicing, and member queries
- Administering group risk and employee benefit schemes including Death in Service and Critical Illness
- Processing new business, renewals, and scheme changes
- Liaising with pension providers, insurers, and benefit providers

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in employee benefits, group pensions, group risk, or financial services administration preferred
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
