Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on a brilliant opportunity for an Administration Manager in Gloucestershire to join a specialist financial planning firm, that pride themselves in offering client centric and quality advice.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Processing fund switches, ISA, GIA, offshore bonds and pension etc.
- Training new starters on key system processes, the CRM software and team processes
- Assisting Head of Administration with day-day-day running of the team
- Supporting Administration team in absence of Head of administration and much more…

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as a manager within a Wealth Management company
- Exposure utilising Intelligent Office
- Strong communication skills
