Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join an Investment Management firm.
Our client is a well established and leading wealth management company, offering investment and retirement planning to clients across the UK. As their Edinburgh office continues to expand their offering, they are looking for an Administrator to join their established back office team.
Duties of an Administrator:
- Answering client enquiries and booking in meetings for the IM
- Supporting in onboarding new clients, scanning and saving any post correspondence
- Initiate incoming and outgoing transfers
- Complete payment instructions from clients
- Process ISA/LISA/JISA subscriptions

Skills and experience required of the Investment Admin:
- Previous experience working in investment management admin ideal, or a strong working knowledge of investments and UK products
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
