Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Administrator in London to join a Wealth Management company.
Our client is a renowned Wealth Management and Investment Planning company, who strive to offer exceptional service to all their HNW clients. They are looking to grow their back office team and bring on an Administrator to support the Managers within the family and Trust department.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Scanning, filing and allocation of incoming post
- Diary/email management
- Handling travel and expense request
- Processing client payments
- Minute taking and liaising with clients to answer any queries

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in administration within a regulated environment
- Minimum of A Levels or equivalent
- Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office applications
