Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Financial Planning firm.
Our client is a well established and leading financial planning company, offering investment management and retirement planning to clients across the UK. As their Norwich office continues to expand their offering, they are looking for an Administrator to join their established back office team.
Duties of an Administrator:
- Answering client enquiries and booking in meetings for the Financial Planners
- Supporting in onboarding new clients, scanning and saving any post correspondence
- Initiate incoming and outgoing transfers
- Complete payment instructions from clients
- Process ISA/LISA/JISA subscriptions

Skills and experience required of the IFA Admin:
- Previous experience working in Financial Planning admin ideal, or a strong working knowledge of investments and UK products
- Strong administration skills
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
