Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an administrator to join a financial planning firm.
Our client is a specialist in their field, offering tailored and bespoke financial planning solutions to clients across the UK. They continue to go from strength to strength and as their client base grows, they are looking to expand their back-office department. You will join a team of experienced administrators, so there will plenty of opportunity for training, and working collaboratively.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Support the practice managers
- Managing travel and accommodation for advisers
- Liaising with clients, including email, phone calls and welcoming them at the office
- General admin such as filing, canning, archiving etc

Skills and experience required:
- Strong administration experience
- Experience working in a professional office environment
