Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Assistant Compliance Officer to join a friendly team.

The Asst Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company operates in full compliance with all relevant regulations set forth by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and other applicable regulatory bodies.
The Asst Compliance Officer will develop, implement, and oversee compliance policies and procedures to mitigate regulatory risks and ensure that the company’s operations adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, law, or a related field. A relevant professional certification (e.g., ICA Diploma in Compliance) is preferred.
- Proven experience working in a compliance role within a financial services firm, preferably in an FCA-regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and compliance management software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
