We’re working with a highly respected financial planning firm that is looking to add a Client Administrator to its growing team. You’ll work closely with Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, playing a key role in delivering a high-quality experience to both new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities:
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Preparing and compiling client meeting packs, including portfolio valuations, application forms and compliance documentation
- Supporting advisers with new business processing and ongoing client administration
- Monitoring applications and keeping all parties updated on progress
- Processing adviser fees and following up on outstanding payments
- Carrying out anti-money laundering checks and ensuring all work is completed in line with FCA regulations and company standards
- Handling queries from advisers, clients and providers via phone and email
What We’re Looking For:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a financial planning or wealth management environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working within a busy and demanding environment
