Are you an experienced financial administrator looking for your next opportunity? At Recruit UK, we’re working with a highly regarded wealth management firm in Bristol, supporting them in their search for a Client Services Administrator.
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll provide proactive and detail-focused support to the firm’s Financial Planners, Paraplanners, and Investment Managers. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of client onboarding, data management, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

Duties will include but not limited to:
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries and communications
- Manage client records, input data, and maintain up-to-date files across internal systems
- Support the client onboarding process, including documentation and compliance checks
- Handle post, emails, and general office correspondence
- Prepare valuations, statements, and other client reports
- Monitor workflows and ensure processes are followed accurately and on time
- Assist with invoicing, fee matching, and reconciliation tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery
- Schedule meetings and prepare supporting documents for client reviews
- Participate in team meetings and assist with ongoing process improvements
- Peer-check administrative work when required

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in a financial planning / investment / pensions / accounting or strong experience as a corporate administrator
- Excellent attention to detail
- A-level education or equivalent preferred
- GCSE Maths and English (Grades A–C / 5–9)
- Ideally working towards or holding CF1, R01, or similar qualification
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable using MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and CRM/back-office systems
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A client-first mindset with a professional and proactive approach
