Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a financial planning company.
This firm are a UK wide Financial Planning company who deliver bespoke wealth management services to clients. Due to continued expansion within the team, the Glasgow office are looking to bring on an administrator to join the already experience and well established team.
Duties:
- Preparing and submitting new business and updating the back office systems
- Support with workflow, collaborating with the other teams to delivery excellent service to clients
- Prepare LOA’s and client applications
- Preparing meeting rooms, packs and greeting clients ahead of face to face meetings
- General administration duties

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in Financial Planning ideal, will consider candidates within Financial Services
- Strong administration experience, with excellent customer service skills
- Proficient with MC Office/Outlook, ideally experience with XPlan and Voyant
