Recruit UK are working with a well-established Wealth Management firm to recruit an Administrator to join their team in Cardiff.
A leading UK wealth management firm is seeking a Client Support Administrator to join its growing Financial Planning team. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and client-focused individual to support Financial Planning Consultants in delivering a high-quality service to clients.

Duties:
- Provide administrative support to Financial Planners
- Process new business including trades, fund switches, pension switches, investment top-ups and withdrawals
- Liaise with product providers
- Support valuations, servicing transfers, and post-meeting administration
- Act as a key point of contact between clients and consultants
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Issue policy documentation and ensure all documentation is accurate and completed within agreed turnaround times
- Escalate any complaints, breaches, or losses
- Assist with additional administrative duties as required

Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous experience supporting advisers within a wealth management or financial planning environment
- Strong knowledge of pensions and investment products
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Experience using Intelligent Office (desirable)
- Progress towards the CII Level 4 qualification (desirable)
