Our client is a well-established and highly successful Accountancy and Financial Planning firm, who are looking to grow their team of thriving Financial Advisers. They offer independent, tailored and professional advice to their long-standing and new clients.
You will be offered a full team of back-office support from their experience as Paraplanners and IFA Administrators, we well as support with compliance, marketing, networking and more. You will ideally have a client book to bring across with you or a strong business plan on how you’ll grow this.
In return, you’ll get:
- Base salary of £65,000 – £80,000, negotiable and rising with service

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working as a Financial Adviser
- Ideally, experience working in an Independent Advice practice
- Client book to bring, or strong network/BD Plan
- Level 4 qualified as a minimum, ideally Chartered
