Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a Financial Adviser to join a respectable IFA in Norwich.
My client has been established for over 20 yrs are excited to bring on board a new Financial Adviser who ideally is hungry and driven to service existing clients and develop new ones.
They would like the Adviser to understand that it’s about recognising business development opportunities, building your confidence and understanding the value of providing truly independent financial advice. They will provide full support in this as it’s not an overnight achievement.
They would like all financial advisers want to help their clients create a plan that’s right for them. So, the very first conversation will simply be listening to the clients circumstances, plans and aspirations. Following on from that the second meeting will be more detailed and understanding what the client has already in place.
My client specialises in Pensions, Retirement Planning, Tax, Real Estate to name a few areas.
Skills and experience required:
- 3yrs plus Financial Advisor experience
- Dip Level 4
- CAS status
- Track record of onboarding new clients
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
