Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser to join a respectable Wealth Management Company.
They are well respected in Bishop’s Stortford and have been established for over 15 years.
They are actively seeking a Financial Advisor to join the current team who is determined and willing to service an existing profitable client bank. My client is firmly established and have a very strong client bank. As They have a good relationship with an external partner who constantly provide warm leads.
As an experienced advisor you should want to build relationships with the clients and help create a plan that’s right for them. So, the very first conversation will simply be listening to the clients circumstances, plans and aspirations. Following on from that the second meeting will be more detailed and understanding what the client has already in place.
My client specialises in most IFA areas.
Skills and experience required:
- 3 years plus Financial Advisor experience
- CAS status
- In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, regulatory requirements, and compliance best practicesProven track record of onboarding new clients
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
