Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a well-established, client-focused financial planning firm seeking an experienced Financial Planner to join their growing team.
This opportunity is ideally suited to a Planner based in or around Bristol or the wider South West. The firm operates a flexible hybrid model, with office support based in Bristol and the option to work remotely for advisers with once a week office visits encouraged to catch up with the team, and meet local clients.
The business has a strong emphasis on long-term client relationships, quality advice, and realistic expectations. Supportive performance expectations with no aggressive sales culture, and full paraplanning and administrative support is provided to allow advisers to focus on delivering excellent client outcomes.
Duties include:
- Delivering holistic, financial planning advice to a portfolio of clients
- Building long-term, trusted client relationships
- Working closely with a full in-house support team
- Engaging with new business opportunities and warm leads provided by the firm
- Maintaining compliant client records and documentation in line with FCA requirements
- Supporting the ongoing development and growth of the planning team

Skills and Experience Required:
- Experience as a Financial Adviser
- Level 4 Diploma qualified
- Client-focused mindset with a strong emphasis on quality advice
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work autonomously with the support of a wider team
- Transferable clients beneficial but not essential
