Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join a Financial Planning company.
Our client specialises in holistic wealth planning, including complex tax planning for ex pats who are returning to the UK, as well as UK residence. This Financial Planning Admin role will see you working closely alongside the Wealth Planners and supporting them with their HNW and UHNW clients. This role is currently a maternity cover (12 month FTC) but there is opportunity for the role to go permanent!
Duties:
- Obtaining valuation, sending LOA’s, sending invoices and obtaining client reports and application packs
- Ensuring the back office system is up to date, using XPlan
- Processing incoming and outgoing post
- Resolving client queries
- General office support

Skills and experience required:
- Good understanding of the UK finance market and products available
- Some experience working in the financial planning industry – required
- Experience using XPlan – ideal
- Strong administrative skills
