Are you detail-oriented, highly organised, and experienced in financial services? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established UK wealth management firm that supports clients with financial planning and investment services.
About the Role:
You’ll be part of a specialist team responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of client transactions, including payments in and out, investment instructions, internal transfers, and ongoing fee administration. You’ll also be in regular contact with clients to verify details and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Day-to-day, you’ll work with leading financial systems to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of accuracy. This is a fast-paced environment that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process client payments, transfers, and investment instructions accurately and within agreed SLAs
- Manage ongoing fee postings and direct debit setups
- Maintain up-to-date workflow records and documentation
- Verify client details, including source of funds, to ensure compliance
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth process flows
- Adhere to FCA regulations and internal compliance policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in financial services, ideally wealth management
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT proficiency and confidence in using financial systems
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a team
