My client are currently looking to bring on an Financial Services Administrator to join their team in their offices based in Sutton Coldfield. As a Financial Services Administrator , the role will involve checking fact finds, preparing & processing authority letters, preparing review packs, creating new client packs, updating the CRM system, liaising with clients over the telephone and much more.

Skills and experience required:
- 2+ years’ experience in an IFA Administration role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good telephone manner
- Experience with Intelligent Office is desirable
