Role: IFA Administrator – Pensions & Investments Team

Recruit UK is delighted to be working with a leading Wealth Management firm based in the centre of Altrincham, who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator to join their Pensions & Investment Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organised administrator who enjoys managing their own workload and supporting advisers within a professional, client-focused environment.
The Role:
You will play a key role in supporting the Pensions & Investment team, ensuring that new and existing business is processed efficiently, accurately and in line with internal workflows and regulatory standards.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Processing and submitting new business in line with agreed workflows
- Submitting Letters of Authority and collating plan information for research and analysis
- Meeting and greeting clients, handling incoming calls and general enquiries
- Portfolio rebalancing, including buying and selling
- Accurately processing client contributions and withdrawals and monitoring through to completion
- Preparing client packs for Annual Review meetings and completing post-meeting actions
- Writing basic suitability reports
- Completing research for new business cases, primarily fund and cost analysis
Skills & Experience Required:
- Minimum of two years’ experience in an IFA Administrator or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Confident communicator with a professional client-facing manner

Working Arrangement & Benefits:
- Full-time, office-based role (9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday)
- Flexible working available up to two days per week after completion of training
- 24 days annual leave
- Starting salary of Up to £32,0000, plus team bonus
