Role and Responsibilities:
As an IFA Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team of Independent Financial Advisors and ensuring the smooth operation of our financial services. This is not your ordinary Administrator position.. You will be working with a Paraplanning team getting involved in technical report writing and complex cases.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Technical suitability report writing
- Managing client communications, both written and verbal, in a professional and timely manner.
- Processing client applications, documentation, and transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinating appointments and managing the IFA’s calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Preparing and maintaining client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with team members to assist in financial planning and advisory services.
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing client inquiries or concerns.
- Keeping up to date with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IFA Administrator with 1 years experience minimum
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment procedures, and regulatory frameworks.
- Proficiency in using financial software and tools.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in finance or related field is a plus.
