Job Description:
Recruit UK are working with a continuously growing and expanding Wealth Management firm. With offices located around the Midlands and further South, and they are looking to bring on an IFA Administrator into their Birmingham office.
They put their clients at the heart of everything they do, to ensure they are provided with the highest quality service available when providing holistic financial advice. You will be supporting the Financial Advisers and Paraplanners to provide full administrative support.
Duties:
- Letters of authority
- Fund switches
- Withdrawals
- Processing new business
- Quotations
- Updating CRM system
- Working alongside Financial Planners and Paraplanners
- Client liaison

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience working in a Financial planning Administrator role
- Client-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience utilising Intelligent Office
- Ability to multitask.
- Attention to detail.
