Job Description:
Recruit UK is working with a prestigious wealth management firm that is relocating from London to Birmingham and looking to bring on 2 IFA administrators to join their friendly, dynamic team in the city center of Birmingham. You would be working within a team to support 3 financial advisers, and this may develop into a 1:1 working setup. The company provides fully independent holistic advice and prides itself on the services they provide to its clients.
Duties will include:
- Processing new business
- Client meeting packs
- Illustrations
- Updating CRM system
- Supporting financial advisers
- Annual reviews

Skills and experience required:
- Previous IFA administration experience
- Proficient use of Excel and Intelligent Office
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
