Are you looking to further your career as an IFA Administrator?
Recruit UK is proud to be working with a leading Independent Financial Planning firm, seeking a meticulous IFA Administrator to join their team in the Bristol office. Your role will involve supporting Financial Planners by managing administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring all client needs are met with the highest standard of service.
Duties will include:
- Processing new business
- Producing quotes
- Inbox and diary management
- Client liaison
- Working alongside Financial Planners
- Preparing meeting packs
- Completing and processing paperwork
- General administration duties

Skills and experience required:
- Previous IFA Administration experience
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
