Key Responsibilities:
- Support Financial Advisers with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Prepare client review packs and important documentation
- Process new business and manage applications to completion
- Communicate with providers, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in an IFA or financial services administration role
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with financial platforms and back-office systems (desirable)
