Job Description:
Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for a IFA Administrator in Essex to join an Independent Financial Advice practice.
This company ensure their clients make sense of their options and ensure they have security as well as freedom. They are an ethical financial planning company and have their clients at the forefront of what they do.
They are currently looking to bring on an IFA Administrator to join their existing team in their office in Loughton due to continued success and growth. This is an excellent opportunity and new challenge for an experienced IFA Administrator, to join a well-established financial planning practice.
Duties will include:
- Processing new business
- Updating Crm
- Inbox and diary management
- Client liaison
- Working alongside Financial Planners
- Preparing meeting packs
- Completing and processing paperwork
- Letters of authority
- Risk questionnaire inputting
Salary and Benefits:
- Up to £34,000 dependant on experience
- Working Hours, 9 am-5 pm Monday- Thursday, 9 am-4 pm on Fridays!

- 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. The office typically closes between Christmas and New Year.
Skills and experience required:
- Two years Financial Administration experience previously
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work as part of a team and as an individual
