Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a Chartered Financial Planning firm in Exeter.
As this fantastic firm continues to grow their client base, they are looking to expand their back-office team to support the Advisers in servicing and maintaining a high level of service to clients. They offer a wide range of Financial Planning, including pensions, investments, tax planning and more.
Duties:
- Sending LOA’s and processing new business
- Booking meetings, diary managing and preparing documentation for meetings
- Database management
- Working closely with the paraplanning and advice teams
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Adhoc administration such as telephone management and filing

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working within the Financial service industry
- Experience with the above duties
