Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator in the Glasgow area to join a leading Financial Advice Company.
This well established office are looking for an Administrator to aid their experience Financial Advisers and Paraplanners with offering a great level of holistic advice to high net worth clients across Scotland. You will work alongside other competent Administrators, with ample opportunities for you to grow and progress your career!
Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with clients and product providers
- Sending LOA
- Uploading documents to back office systems
- Ensuring meeting packs are ready for meetings (both in office and virtual)
- General administration e.g. email and diary management

Skills and experience required:
- Ideally, Financial Planning Administration experience
- Understanding of the Financial Planning process and UK products
- Strong administration skills
