Recruit UK is looking for an IFA Administrator to join a financial planning firm based in Nottingham. The firm prides itself on building long-term relationships with its clients which they believe is fundamental in servicing their clients along every step of the way in life. So, it’s no surprise this company has won multiple awards and maintains Chartered status. The role of an IFA administrator is to support the Financial Advisers to the highest possible standard.
This can involve:
- Compiling suitability reports
- Preparing agendas and documents for client meetings
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Administrative support for new business applications
- Gather client valuations

Skills and experience required:
- 2 – 3 years experience in Financial Services
- Good general knowledge of Investments
- Option to work from home & flexible hours
- Understanding XPLAN and AWS Morningstar is desirable but not essential
- Exceptional organizational skills
