If so, RecruitUK is working with a thriving Financial Planning practice in Saffron Walden that is seeking an IFA administrator. You will work supporting the operations team, ensuring client satisfaction and exceptional service are at the heart of your duties.
Your role will include, but not be limited to:
- Maintaining relationships with clients and colleagues
- Point of contact for clients and new business queries
- Processing business and pipeline management
- Prepare illustrations, key features, and applications
- Coordinate and produce client valuations
- Maintain client records
- Support the team with wider administration

Skills and experience required:
- 1 + years of experience working in an administrative position within a wealth management firm.
- Client-focused with strong customer service skills.
- Strong work ethic and communication skills.
- Ideally, a Financial Administration certificate or equivalent.
