Are you looking for the next step in your IFA Administration career?
Recruit UK is working with a boutique financial planning firm in South Birmingham to bring on an additional IFA Administrator to join their growing team. If you are looking for a long-term career in financial planning and want to work for a company that will support your growth, look no further.
The successful candidate will work 1 to 1 with an independent financial planner, providing full administrative support.
Duties will include:
- Processing new business
- Producing quotes
- Preparing meeting packs
- Completing and processing paperwork
- Inbox management
- Client liaison
- Diary management
- General administration duties
Benefits:
- Salary between £20,000 – £25,000 (negotiable on experience)

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience as an IFA Administrator
- Proficient use of Excel and Intelligent Office
- Ability to multitask
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
