Recruit UK is working on an excellent opportunity for an Investment Administrator to join a successful and client focused Wealth Management firm.

 

My client are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to provide high-quality administrative support to Investment Managers and the wider investment team. This role will involve supporting a range of client servicing, account administration, investment operations, and team-based activities while ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently, and in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

 

You’ll play an important role in developing and maintaining strong client relationships by providing accurate and timely support, adapting your approach where required for clients in vulnerable circumstances.

 

Key responsibilities will include account opening and closing, processing stock transfers and payments, maintaining client and account information on the CRM, producing reports using data held within the system, and supporting Investment Managers with the preparation and administration of client meetings and pitches.

Skills and experience required:

  • RQF Level 3 CISI qualification, or equivalent or a commitment to achieve this within an agreed timeframe
  • Previous experience within Investment Management, Wealth Management, Financial Services, or a relevant administrative environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Due to the nature of recruitment, a significant number of candidates reconnect with our organisation periodically. It is not uncommon for this to occur years after we have placed them in a role.
