Job Description:
Recruit UK is delighted to be collaborating with a leading Investment firm to recruit a Junior Investment Administrator for their Bristol office. In this role, you’ll be providing crucial support to clients by managing their accounts and overseeing any required updates. Additionally, you’ll assist Investment Managers with carrying out various administrative duties.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone keen to kickstart their career in Investments and to learn the ropes within a leading national wealth management firm.
Duties will include:
- Tracking client cases
- Communicates with investment managers or intermediaries.
- Ensures timely banking of client cheques and proper fund allocation
- Account opening and closing
- Manages risk documentation.
- Assists with income generation through administrative support.

Skills and experience required:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Previous financial services experience
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office
- High level of numeracy skill
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Previous account opening experience
Please note this is a 6 month fixed-term contract.
