As a Mortgage Broker, you will play a crucial role in helping individuals achieve their dream of homeownership. Our client is seeking a results-driven professional with a proven track record in mortgage origination, customer service, and new build industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Originate and structure mortgage loans that meet the needs of clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the mortgage application process
- Evaluate and analyse financial information to determine the best mortgage options for clients
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals
- Stay informed about market trends, mortgage products, and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient mortgage process
- Meet and exceed individual and team production goals
Qualifications:
- Experience as a New build Mortgage broker (desired but not essential)
- Proven track record of successful mortgage origination and customer satisfaction
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends
