Job Description:
Recruit UK are working on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join an Independent Financial Advice practice based near Stoke-on-Trent.
This role is pivotal to the smooth day-to-day running of the business. You will be responsible for supporting the Operations Team and Directors, acting as a key escalation point for operational and client-related issues, and ensuring processes, procedures, and systems are adhered to effectively. The position includes line management responsibility for support staff and close collaboration with HR, Compliance, and senior leadership.
You will play a key role in fostering accountability, operational excellence, and a strong performance-driven culture across the business, while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Office Manager (or equivalent) within an Independent Financial Adviser
- Proven experience within Financial Services
- Previous line management experience
- Highly organised with excellent time management and attention to detail
